1. All of price show on website are excluded shipping cost. 
2. Customers must place your order under our website. Please do not forget "UPDATE QUANTITY" and Press "Check Out"
3. We will send you email back within 24 hours to CONFIRM your order which included your Order products model, quantity, price. mail cost, receiver address and related details. 
4. Delivery Leadtime :
   • NSW Customer : Delivery will send out within 7 business days, once the payment is cleared.
   • Other States Customer : please contact us at hotdealfurniture@gmail.com
5. in case the quantity out of stock after placed ordered, we will email to inform 
   • Customer and get your decision as our suggest as below.
     • choose the other items; 
     • to refund (via paypal only, see below ); or 
     • by using the remaining balance for next order
6. Custom taxes, import duty, Good and Services Tax (GST), or any similar customs-related levy is the responsibility of our customers.
7. Hot Deal Furniture reserves the right to alter Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
